⏱ Turnaround Time
- Custom apparel: 10–14 business days
- Wholesale / preorder items: up to 21 business days
⛔ Turnaround time starts AFTER:
- Payment is received
- Mockups (if needed) are approved
👉 We do not provide daily status updates during production.
📦 Order Status Updates
You will receive updates when:
- Your order is confirmed
- Your order is completed / shipped
If your order is within the turnaround time, it is in production.
📍 Pickup & Shipping
- You will be notified when your order is ready
- Please wait for confirmation before pickup
❌ Order Issues (Missing / Incorrect Items)
We stand behind our work and will make it right.
If there is an issue, email us at budrowandco@yahoo.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
👉 Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
