⏱ Turnaround Time

  • Custom apparel: 10–14 business days
  • Wholesale / preorder items: up to 21 business days

⛔ Turnaround time starts AFTER:

  • Payment is received
  • Mockups (if needed) are approved

👉 We do not provide daily status updates during production.

📦 Order Status Updates

You will receive updates when:

  • Your order is confirmed
  • Your order is completed / shipped

If your order is within the turnaround time, it is in production.

📍 Pickup & Shipping

  • You will be notified when your order is ready
  • Please wait for confirmation before pickup

❌ Order Issues (Missing / Incorrect Items)

We stand behind our work and will make it right.

If there is an issue, email us at budrowandco@yahoo.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

👉 Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete information
  • Custom items are made to order and cannot be refunded
